It’s best if you’re available, but if you can provide access to your car, we can clean it while you’re away.
To reschedule, first cancel your current booking and then book the service again for your preferred date and time. To cancel: Log in, go to My Bookings, find your booking, click Manage, and select Cancel. Confirm by selecting Yes. You’ll receive a refund within 14 days. To rebook, log in, go to My Bookings > Past, select the service, and follow the checkout process. For a different service, visit our Booking Page. Need help?
