Welcome to Zuno. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and related offerings. By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. About Us
Zuno Ltd (“Zuno”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a mobile vehicle cleaning service operating across:

We provide on-site cleaning services for privately owned cars booked via our website: www.zuno.uk.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years of age.

You may only book services for your own vehicle, or provide clear proof that you have permission from the vehicle’s registered owner.

Only privately owned cars are accepted (no vans or commercial vehicles).
Zuno reserves the right to cancel or refuse bookings that do not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Service Availability
Zuno offers mobile vehicle cleaning services booked exclusively through our website. Services are available only during daylight hours, as determined by Apple Weather sunrise and sunset data and our own internal predictions.
We reserve the right to adjust available booking times without notice, and to modify or suspend service availability due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
4. Bookings and Payments

Bookings must be made online via our website.

Payment is taken upfront at the time of booking.

For recurring services under Zuno Flow, payments are processed automatically before each scheduled clean.

Zuno Flash services are one-off bookings paid in advance.
Prices are subject to change at our discretion. By completing a booking, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Coverage Area & Automatic Waitlist
All bookings are subject to Zuno's coverage area. When a booking is created, our system automatically checks the location of the service address:

If your booking falls within our current coverage area, it will be accepted as normal.

If your booking falls outside our coverage area, it will be automatically cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

Customers with bookings outside our coverage area will be automatically added to the Zuno Coverage Waitlist. By being placed on this waitlist, you agree to be contacted when Zuno expands services into your area.
This process is automated to reduce friction and ensure that customers outside current service zones are notified promptly and positioned for future service availability.
5. Customer Responsibilities
When booking a service, you agree to:

Provide accurate details including vehicle registration, address, and contact information.

Select the correct vehicle size — if unsure, select one size larger.

Ensure your vehicle is parked on private property with at least 1 metre of clearance on each side.

Remove or securely store all personal and valuable items before your appointment.
Zuno is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle. We recommend storing items in glove or central compartments — these areas are not cleaned unless you specifically request it and leave them open before service begins.
We do not clean engine bays, spare wheel compartments, or hidden/private compartments.
If you fail to comply with these requirements, your booking may be refused or cancelled on-site. Images may be taken as evidence and reviewed by Zuno Headquarters. If we determine that you failed to comply with these Terms, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You will be notified and given the opportunity to appeal by replying to our initial communication. Your case will then be reviewed by a specialist team.
6. Service Standards and Limitations

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to any vehicle.

Before images may be taken to document vehicle condition.

We are not liable for any damage caused by weather, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for cleaning results that fail to meet expectations when the selected service level was inappropriate for the vehicle’s condition.
7. Delays and Cancellations by Zuno
While we make every effort to meet booking times, delays can occur. If a delay was foreseeable within 24 hours of your booking and we failed to notify or offer rescheduling, you may be eligible for a full refund.

8. Photography and Fair Use
By booking with Zuno, you consent to photographs being taken of your vehicle and the surrounding property area when necessary for evidence or quality assurance purposes.
These images are used solely for service documentation, quality assurance, and dispute resolution. Our goal is to ensure fairness for both customers and technicians.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, graphics, logos, and materials associated with Zuno are owned by Zuno Ltd and protected under UK intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our website or materials without our prior written consent.
10. Termination
Zuno reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse, fraud, or any activity harmful to our company, technicians, or other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zuno Ltd shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, or for any loss or damage caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
